Because it’s fun to invite our dinner guests to ‘draw Christmas’ with us, then eat up all the cookies (thanks Mom!!!) leaving only crumbs in our wake.
Knitted hats, lots of ornaments, and popcorn garlands are just a few of the holiday makings going on around here these days, thanks to our advent calendar. The ornaments pictured above are crystal ornaments, a feather angel, salt dough cut-outs, and strung seashells.
Christmas carols have been sung and enjoyed around here, but even more enjoyed has been the music from Tangled. :)
Because cookie decorating is important: to make, share, eat, and remember.
I LOVE having Matt home with us. It’s just plain awesome and fun and wonderful to be a family that has time to share together. One of our favorite things to do as a family is to play in the woods together, and thankfully we found a perfect woods spot full of climbing trees, archways,…
…because who wants a holiday season without a sparkly light photo? And these retro colors are pretty neat. Matt took some time off for Christmas, and I’m very much looking forward to some time spent relaxing with my husband and children. This Navy job seems to keep him away a lot more than we want….
