… have officially begun around here. The weather, in the high 80’s this week some days, is turning downright hot. But the ocean and its breeze are cool, beautiful and so relaxing. We spent our first “beach day” as a family yesterday (Matt returned to us this past Monday for a few weeks and we’ve been loving having him with us) and had a marvelous time spending hours sitting, talking, playing and jumping in the water. I can’t wait for more.

It’s spring break here, and it snowed and hailed and rained and WINDED(!) here yesterday. Not great.

I can feel the warm sun on my skin. 🙂 Our weekly beach days begin the moment school is out. We go once or twice a month during the winter and spring, but summer we are there once or twice a week. It’s free fun and better than an amusement park!
