So far our mountain hikes here in western Washington are covered in wooded, green, dense forest.  Moss, streams, rocks, trees and foliage abound.  I love our hikes and the lush forest, yet I crave the mountaintops, and soon I hope to find an epic panoramic mountain-rich view to share with you.  Mountains are all around us, well within our reach, though reaching their peaks requires longer, steeper climbs.  Stay tuned, it will happen…
