These snapshots from April include abrupt and unseasonably warm, dry weather here in WA (regular 80+ degree days), so we took advantage of it by heading to beaches with friends. Also included are walks and ferry rides, gardening (both planting new things and harvesting our winter crop of broccoli), homeschool outside on the porch, a happy sun-bathing pooch, time with friends and time with our UU church community, and Cedar’s 9th birthday (including his “dirt” cake with worms).  NOT pictured is the ever-present daily house-fix-up work we do, and the Montana trip we took (those photos will be next up on the blog).
