We discovered a tiny little town in the mountains, less than an hour from our home.  Apparently it is a dying town that has been brought back to life by the creative idea of a young couple to create 42 murals through the city.  We were not able to find anyone to tell us the story while we were there, likely because it was Easter weekend and people were inside eating with family.  We did meet one nice lady who only spoke Italian and with whom we weren’t able to communicate– we really wish we could have heard the stories and joined her for a meal!  The murals were soooo cool and strange and beautiful… like a life-sized Dixit game!
