Hiking and chestnuts with Rosa and Paolo, Castelcivita potato fest (Festa della patata di montagna) and river, a trip to Umbria where we enjoyed good food (mostly truffle pasta) and visiting Spoleto and Norcia, and Sagra delle Sagre for the evening. The best part about everything we do lately are the constant interruptions by Italians to express their adoration and enthusiasm about Piper. It is super fun and connecting and really improves our italian! We LOVE adventuring in Italy!
